Individual Counseling
$150 - Sessions
50 minute counseling tailored to your individualized needs. Telehealth available for adult clients on a regular basis and teens as needed.
Parent Coaching
$150 - Intake
60-90 minute intake to gather a thorough history and give clinical advice for supporting your child’s behaviors. These can be done as a one time session for a parenting tune up or on a regular basis.
$150 - Parent Sessions
50 minute session with parents to plan implementing positive parenting skills with their children while maintaining structure and boundaries in the household.
For Clinicians
$125 - Weekly Supervision Session
I provide clinical supervision for therapists looking for professional guidance, support, and growth. I also offer weekly licensure supervision for pre-licensed clinicians working toward licensure in the state of Missouri.
Good Faith Estimate
You have the right to receive a “Good Faith Estimate” explaining how much your medical and mental health care will cost.
Under the law, HEALTHCARE providers need to give patients who don’t have insurance or who are not using insurance an estimate of the expected charges for medical services, including psychotherapy services.
You have the right to receive a Good Faith Estimate for the total expected cost of any non-emergency healthcare services, including psychotherapy services.
You can ask your healthcare provider, and any other provider you choose, for a Good Faith Estimate before you schedule a service.

Insurance
I accept Aetna, Blue Cross Blue Shield and United Health Care.
I also accept Private Pay. While insurance can help with the cost of therapy, it can also limit your options. When insurance is involved, they dictate the length of treatment, and type of treatment, and even limit the therapist you can work with.
Many insurance companies offer out-of-network coverage, so I am more than happy to provide you with a superbill to submit to your provider for reimbursement.
Cancellation Policy
If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, I ask that you please give at least a 24- hour notice.
If you cancel or reschedule your appointment less than 24 hours before your session, the card on file will be charged your full session fee. Insurance does not cover the cost of a cancellation fee.
